• Coordinate professional photography and marketing materials;

• Furnish & decorate your model home;

• Buyers/homeowner package. Include our fee in your sales price or estimate and we’ll coordinate with your buyer on their choice of upgrades, and décor. This service is a very beneficial product that not only helps your buyer/homeowner but will also help keep you on schedule and avoid delays. Just think if you had most of the choices made by the homeowner in hand before construction begins, or shortly thereafter. We can begin as soon as the design plans are drawn.
